Walking into a gym can be very intimidating. What do you do, where do you go, will everyone be looking at me? I will take the gymtimidation out for you. I work out of a small, intimate studio that will not create that sense of overwhelm. We can work one on one training, partner trainings with 2 people, a small group of 3-4. We can find something that will work with your timeframe and budget.
Personal 1:1 Training
There is one on one individual coaching and training. If you are uncomfortable with exercising with someone else, this is for you.
With a Friend
Two of you can train together! Do you have a friend or significant other that wants to do this with you? You have a built-in accountability partner with them.
Do you like being a part of a group? Keeping them smaller with 3-4 people at the most still gives you the attention and guidance you need and want, and have the camaraderie that you get with other people working and sweating with you!
This will be a way for us to be able to work together even if the physical distance is a factor. Just because you’re not close doesn’t mean we can’t work together. Technology has changed that for us! More details coming soon!
