Livingroom Fitness!
Who is it for?
For women 50+ that haven’t exercised in a long time or ever!
For those that feel intimidated just at the thought of walking into a gym.
If there isn’t a gym close to you.
You like the idea of exercising from the comfort of your own home.
What makes this different than other online programs?
It is specifically geared towards women 50+ and lead by a trainer that is also 50+.
I want to take away:
The intimidation of walking into a big gym feeling like you don’t know what you’re doing.
The time commitment. Each workout is 35-40 minutes.
The big equipment expense. By using resistance bands. They are affordable, easy to use, easy to store/hide, you can travel with them and use them anywhere.
I want to give you:
The support. It’s personal.
The live classes I am there with you, teaching you the proper way of doing things the way your body needs to be doing them right now. We start where you are.
The accountability.
Having someone that is counting on you to be there both as a coach and the other women in your group!
The community.
Women love community! You will not be doing this alone.
The success.
If you’ve ever started and stopped something before, we want to end that and create new, long term lifestyle habits that you can stick with.
The Program!
2 Options:
2 Live Sessions Weekly where you are with a group.

Receive a recorded session each week for you to do when it’s most convenient for you.

Because 12 weeks will give you and your body enough time to really start noticing the difference and feeling the benefits of regular exercise AND you will establish a new habit that you can stick with.

- Private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share ideas, get support from other members that are on the same journey as you.
- 2- 30 minute 1 on 1 calls with me to discuss anything along your journey to make it better and more impactful.
- Weekly habit focus- changing one habit at a time is the best way to make it stick.
- Food/ nutrition guide. Options and choices for eating so you don’t feel that you’re eating the same thing all the time.

Why am I focusing on Women 50+?
Because the fitness industry in general is ignoring us. They want to focus on Gen Z’s, a younger population. And I have no gripes about getting younger people involved in exercise and a healthy lifestyle. But ignoring an entire demographic is doing Baby Boomers and Gen X’s a big disservice.
We have devoted the first half of our lives to our families, raising our children and taking care of everyone else. We are now in a position to start looking at taking care of ourselves.
Menopause changes our bodies. We are all painfully aware of that!
But that doesn’t mean that we can’t have and enjoy an active lifestyle. It does mean that we need to be cognizant of making sure that we are maintaining the muscle mass we do have, keeping our bones strong, the ability to move well.
We want to be able to get down on the ground with grandkids, AND get up!
We want to travel and explore places. We want to be strong and agile enough.
We want to start an activity and stay with it such as tennis or pickleball.
We want to live independently for as long as possible. And as women, statistics show that we do outlive our partners in many cases. So, the ability to stay independent becomes even more important.
Those all mean that we need strength, mobility and flexibility in order to give ourselves the best quality of life in our second half. It’s important to us as well as to our loved ones.
